Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Bethpage Tee Bot (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bethpage Tee Bot is an automated tee-time booking assistant. When you start the bot with your chosen parameters, it monitors the ForeUp reservation platform and attempts to book a tee time on your behalf at Bethpage State Park. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, or ForeUp.
Bethpage Tee Bot offers an optional SMS alert program that sends you a text message when the bot finds a tee time matching your search criteria. Participation is entirely voluntary and governed by the following terms, which apply specifically to this messaging program.
How to opt in: You may opt in by entering your US mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox on your Account page. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive automated transactional SMS alerts from Bethpage Tee Bot at the number you provide. Your consent is specific to this tee-time alert program and is not bundled with any other agreement.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS notifications to purchase or use the Service. Declining or revoking consent will not affect your access to any feature of the Service.
Data sharing: Your mobile phone number, mobile opt-in data, and messaging consent information will never be sold, shared, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used exclusively to deliver tee-time alert messages on your behalf.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on bot activity. You will receive at most one SMS per tee time found.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to messages you receive from us.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe immediately. You may also remove your phone number or uncheck the consent box on your Account page.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access that you failed to report.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Tee time availability at Bethpage State Park is highly limited and subject to demand we do not control. The Service does not guarantee that a tee time will be found or successfully booked. A subscription fee grants you access to the tool, not a guaranteed booking outcome. We are not responsible for missed tee times, booking errors caused by ForeUp platform changes, or interruptions outside our control.
Access to the Service requires an active paid purchase, processed through Stripe. There is no automatic billing — you choose when to add time to your account. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bethpage Tee Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
